We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item.

Once your return has been approved, simply place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must remain unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
